Liberty GIS - Liberty GIS is an Adobe Flex framework for parsing and displaying geographical data files during runtime. Shapefiles (.shp), which contain geographical data, can be loaded and displayed over a network URL or ByteArray (either embedded or local file access). Using this functionality, developers now have at their disposal a dynamic and easy programming interface to create rich, interactive maps.
